As Autumn cools the city and the chilly winds pick up, bars that are cosy and warm on the inside are becoming more and more inviting. Tucked away on the quiet C/Providencia, is one of my favourite bars, TimeLine.
The bar is beautifully decorated with countless clocks, pocket-watches, books and games, capturing the charm of the 1930/40s. And why not? Nothing is warmer than nostalgia! To complement the mood, you can often catch a Charlie Chaplin film projected on one of the walls. This is a bar where all the added touches have been thought about, including the food!
For such a small kitchen, TimeLine do some amazing things, including bocadillos, soups, mini-hamburgers and some of the best patatas bravas I’ve tasted! Also, for the expats out there, they offer a delicious and value-tastic weekend brunch menu, with pancakes & maple syrup, full English, Breakfast Burritos and other options.
Great for a cheeky cocktail, light lunch, or weekend brunch! Check it out!
